We have done our very best to keep our Terms and Conditions simple and fair.
We not lawyers, but bikers with the same love for motorcycles as yourself, so there is no legal gibberish or fancy small print here !

Warranty: - Our products comes with a two year warranty to the original owner
- The warranty is not limited to a certain mileage
- The warranty will not cover crash damage
- The warranty covers defects on the product itself that is caused by our manufacture
- If there is a problem with your product, it is our sole decision whether to repair or replace the item
Return Policy: - We offer a four week return period, if you for any reason is not happy with your purchase.
- The customer must arrange and pay for the return shipping.
- Returns is only accepted for items that have not been used, and they must be returned in “As New” condition.
- We are not denying anyone a refund if the product is returned after 4 weeks and two days, but please do not try to get a refund after a year when you sell the bike – fair play is the keyword here.
Payment Policy:
Again, we prefer to keep things simple, so there is no weird additional charges when you pay for your order: - You are paying for the product and for the shipping – that’s it !

Shipping:
We are shipping all orders by DHL Express - Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within two working days.
- All orders are send with tracking and you will receive a mail with tracking information when your order is being shipped.
- DHL Express have proved to be the most efficient shipping method world wide, and shipping time to most locations world wide is maximum 3 working days.
Road use:
All countries have different laws and regulations (some countries have really strange rules), and using our products on public roads in your country may or may not be legal.
It is impossible for us to know the current regulations in all countries, so it is your responsibility to obey the law in your area.
The Dobermann Performance company can not be held accountable for illegal use of our device.
Privacy:
We are serious about your privacy and about how we handle your data, so the following goes: - Credit card payments are made through highly secured SSL servers.
- Our systems is set up so we can never see your credit card details and no credit card details are stored on our servers. This information lies within the banking system only.
- We will never sell or share your mail address, phone number or any other personal customer information.
